Host: The installation that we are working on today has windows at a very low level. It’s very risky for security as they can easily be kicked in. However, we have living space inside here so we don’t want the occupants to be trapped inside. We have an egress mesh. An egress mesh has a panic bar on the inside and it releases (the mesh frame) so when this is mounted, the occupants inside home can hit the panic bar and escape easily, but the burglars-NOT getting in (hits mesh with hand for emphasis)!
For areas where we don’t have an egress mesh requirement, we can use our fixed mesh. A little bit smaller mesh (frame) and a little bit narrower. This mesh would attach the same way as the egress mesh, just a little bit smaller.
